The Winner School
Guidelines and Demerit System
We, in the Winner School Dance Program,
always want to have high standards and strive for excellence. To accomplish
this; positive attitudes, a strong work ethic, discipline, accountability,
responsibility, commitment, team unity, and structure are key elements to
making it successful.
Dancers will look better when guidelines
are followed, and they look and feel like they are part of a team.

Each
time your demerits total 3 you will be required to take a make-up class. You will
have one month to attend your make-up class from the time your demerit total
reaches 3. Dancers can make-up class by attending a ballet or jazz class , one
level up or down. The teacher of the class you attend will sign a make-up slip
and return it to your coordinator, which will then erase those demerits. If you
neglect to make-up demerits they will be carried over month to month.
If
you have 6 or more demerits before a performance or upcoming competition, you
will be spaced out of the dance for that performance/competition. No
exceptions.
We will always offer the best dance
education. In order to do that, a system of life skills must be taught as well.
The combination of these two equal excellence!
